What are the ports on the back of this?

I can see SATA ports, but what are the ports HDD 1, 4 and 5 ? :?

Still struggling on my PC spec, I need raid 5 but Asus P5K Deluxe WiFi doesnt specify raid 5, some places do, some don't?
