Just scrubbed my OEM order for vista Ultimate x64 as ive heard that all vista OEMs will lock down to the motherboard meaning if you swap out the mobo (even the same make and model???) you will be required to purchase another copy of vista....... can anyone confirm this piece of cack that m$ has decided?

I think you can reactivate it providing you don't install it on more than one machine at a time. That's atleast how I've understood it, plus I think there are pretty good hooky releases now too ;)

My Vista OEM copy has installed on several machines (all mine) and all activated with no problems.
