hey, can anyone help me out with getting a 25m Ethernet cable on the cheap?
i know a couple of you have huge reels of the stuff so maybe just the actual cost of the cable? 250m reel is about £40(cat5e)? £5 for 25m?

actually, after a little search on ebay, found 25m for less than £5, decent enough?

Should be fine. No real reason why it wouldnt be.

It has guards on it for the cable tabs and everything.

I've got 4 x 30 meter cables running in my house.

It's all about having the extra cable to manage it, hide if from plain sight. Route it round skirting boards, etc....

basically a temporary connection from my living room downstairs to my router in bedroom upstairs.
will come in handy for other times too, no need to make it pretty.
