Help!!!

Ok guys I just recieved a cpu today that I baught from ebay to make an old computer faster... now i have fitted it and it showing as everything a ok in bios and windows BUT asoon as i launch a game or 3D benchmarks it gets to about second test and the system will shutoff and reboot :/

What do you guys think is the issue? i have tryed another psu and it does the same. even though the motherboard was baught not to long ago i am going to cheak the capistors and try a new fan.

let me know that my graphics card is usually running at 65 degrees or hotter XD

Cheers , well i have tryed another heatsink and fan and still no joy

ok not getting to exited yet! lol , i gone into bios and tweeked a few settings and ran left4dead and now it seems to be working.

though it still crashing on 3D Marks 03 when its about to load up the second test.

bechmarked 05 fine :) , but my first benchmark before cpu change was with 03 and i was wanting to see the before and after results lol.

Sorted! it was a freekin driver that was making the system crash and reboot on 3DMark03 , Installed Omega drivers and it worked!
